This review course deals
with major themes in US
history from 1607 to 1877.
It’s a discussion course
designed to help students
understand the major themes
in US history during this
time period. Students are in
small groups working with
each other and discussing
these major themes. There
will be practice exams and
quizzes to help students
review the major themes and
there will also be one on
one help with students in
areas of study that they are
having trouble with. The
key elements of study for
this course are general
discussion between small
groups of students, practice
exams, and one on one help
by the teacher of this
course. Class limit is 6
students, but 7 students can
in the class if there is not
another class for the 7th
student to join.
This review course also

US Government from the
creation of the US
constitution, the role of
the three branches of
government to how laws are
created. There will be
emphasis on the history of
the US government and the
election process. It’s
a discussion course designed
to help students understand
the major themes in US
Government. Students are in
small groups working with
each other and discussing
