This course is designed to help students with basic grammar and writing skills. Emphasis is placed sentence structure, basic grammar tools, vocabulary, and writing for a purpose.  Students learn to develop a thesis for writing a paper. There will also be emphasis on learning to write a research paper. The key elements of study for this course are general discussion between small groups of students, writing exercises, vocabulary review, and one on one help by the teacher of this course.  Class limit is 6 students, but 7 students can in the class if there is not another class for the 7^th student to join.
